Vegetable Soup À La Heiko 2.

The perfect vegetable soup à la heiko 2. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Schnitzel meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 3 Carrots
  • 100 g Frozen peas
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 3 Wiener sausages
  • 2 liter Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • Clarified butter
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  1. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel the kohlrabi, potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel the carrots in half and cut into slices. Cut the wiener sausages into slices.
  2. Heat the butter lard in a saucepan and sauté the onions in it. Add schnitzel and fry. Season with salt and pepper from the mill. Now stir in the potatoes, kohlrabi and carrots and pour in the vegetable stock. Add tomato paste and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add the frozen peas and the wieners 5 minutes before the end. Season again to taste and serve. We also had baguettes. Good Appetite.
