Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken fillet(s) (tips)
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 25 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the chicken fillet tips with salt and pepper. Mix together the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, and desiccated coconut. Coat the fillet tips first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the coconut-sesame-bread mixture. Fry the fillets either in a pan or in a deep fryer. We like to serve this with pasta salad. It’s also very popular at birthdays. It tastes delicious cold, too.
