Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp BBQ rub
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Halve the chicken wings and rub them generously with salt and the BBQ rub. Then dust with potato starch and fry in hot oil at approximately 160-170 degrees Celsius until crispy.
