Ingredients
- 500 g Leek
- 300 g Chicken hearts
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 250 ml Riesling
- 1 tsp Steak pepper
Instructions
- Cut the leek into approx. 5 cm pieces, quarter them lengthways and wash. Halve the hearts lengthways and wash well.
- Roughly chop the (large) onion. Dice the garlic.
- Fry the onions with sugar in olive oil, add tomato paste and stir over medium heat, add the garlic.
- Add the leeks and hearts, fry briefly, then deglaze with wine.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the pepper.
- Goes well with boiled potatoes or delicious bread.
