Nougat Cookies

- 75 g Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Homemade vanilla sugar
- 150 g Ground hazelnuts
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 200 g Ice cold butter
- 1 Egg
- 200 g Nougat
- Make a kneading dough from the dough ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour
- Form rolls with a diameter of 3 cm, cut into 0.5 mm thick slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 175 degrees (convection) for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the nougat into small pieces (slices). Cover each of the hot biscuit slices with a nougat sheath (underside) and place a second biscuit with the underside on it to cool down
