Nougat Cookies

  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Homemade vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 200 g Ice cold butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 g Nougat
  1. Make a kneading dough from the dough ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour
  2. Form rolls with a diameter of 3 cm, cut into 0.5 mm thick slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake at 175 degrees (convection) for about 10 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, cut the nougat into small pieces (slices). Cover each of the hot biscuit slices with a nougat sheath (underside) and place a second biscuit with the underside on it to cool down
