Chicken in a wok with broccoli

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 chicken fillets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sherry
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • Oil (sesame oil and sunflower oil)
  • 600 g broccoli
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Shred the chicken. Marinate with soy sauce, sherry, and garlic for 30 minutes to 12 hours. Heat a mixture of sesame and sunflower oil in a wok, then sauté the trimmed, raw broccoli florets (chopped very finely). The stems can be added, but they must be added to the pan a little before the florets and chopped very finely. Cook everything for a few minutes, stirring. Only then add the meat and marinade, stirring continuously. Crush the coriander seeds in a mortar and pestle and add. Season with salt. Don’t omit the coriander, as this would ruin the dish. Serve with rice.
