Chicken in peanut sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 piece(s) leek, small
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 handful of peanuts
  • 100 ml Cremefine
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 shot of Tabasco
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • some soy sauce
  • some oil
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with red onions, leeks and carrots

Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Finely dice the red onion and carrot, slice the leek into rings, and add everything to the bowl. Combine the vegetable oil with the spices, pour over the chicken and vegetables, and stir thoroughly. Let everything simmer for at least 5 minutes. Thoroughly fry the meat and vegetable mix in a large, hot, nonstick pan. Briefly fry the peanuts toward the end. Stir in the Cremefine and season with salt and black pepper. If desired, add soy sauce.
