Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large chicken legs
- 4 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 1 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- n. B. Sea salt, coarse-grained
- n. B. Pepper, mixed, crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Press the garlic directly into the vinegar. Stir in the salt, pepper, herbs, and 2 tablespoons of oil. Brush the garlic evenly over the legs and let it marinate for at least 3-4 hours. Heat the remaining oil. Pat the legs dry and fry until cooked through.
