Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 50 g flour
- n. B. Salt
- 1 liter soup (beef soup – Meidlinger style)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
In a sippy cup, whisk eggs, flour, and salt until smooth. Then drizzle the batter into the boiling soup. Let it sit for 1 minute, and it’s done.
