Chicken meatballs with herb curd

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g cheese, (Emmental) grated
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper
  • 250 g herb curd
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 16 minutes; Total time approx. 46 minutes

Wash and pat dry the chicken breast fillets, then mince them and season with pepper, herb salt, paprika, and chili flakes. Add the eggs, Emmental cheese, herb quark, and breadcrumbs and mix everything together. Form into fridadels and fry in oil for about 8 minutes on each side.
