Chicken noodle stew

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 liters of chicken broth
  • 500 g chicken hearts
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small piece(s) of celeriac
  • 160 g spaghetti
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Bring the broth to a boil. In the meantime, wash the chicken hearts, remove any fat and tendons, and halve them. Wash, peel, and dice the carrots and the celeriac. Once the broth is boiling, add the vegetables and hearts, cover, and simmer over low heat for half an hour. Add the spaghetti and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finely chop the parsley. Season the stew with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the parsley.
