Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken
  • 1 Little silk chicken
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Herbs de Provence
  • For the marinade:
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tsp Great salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 200 ml Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • You will save the slaughter, we start with the ready-to-cook chicken. Peel and quarter the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with the herbs of Provence.
  • Wash the chickens again thoroughly, pat dry and brush with the marinade at 170 degrees, put in the oven for 1.5 hours, after 1.5 hours, add the dwarf billy chicken and put in the oven for another 30 minutes.
  • It's a very simple recipe but we really didn't know if we could manage the slaughter for my son and me, it wasn't very dramatic and above all you know what you are eating, we finally have it for over 1 year with organic feed (you know yes, no longer so precisely with all scandals) raised.
  • Since Peter was ordered to peel the potatoes, he couldn't stand the slaughter.
