  • 60 g Black pitted olives
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped basil
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Wash the chicken breast fillet and pat dry. Then cut into goulash-sized cubes (I had chicken medallions, I left them that way). Slice the olives and mix with the tomatoes in a baking dish. Mix in the parsley and basil and season everything with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Season the chicken and place on the tomato sauce. Slices of mozzarella on top and now everything into the tube. About 35 – 40 minutes are enough. If the mozzarella turns dark too quickly, simply cover it with some aluminum foil.
