- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- Salt and pepper
- 60 g Black pitted olives
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 0,5 bunch Chopped basil
- 125 g Mozzarella
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Wash the chicken breast fillet and pat dry. Then cut into goulash-sized cubes (I had chicken medallions, I left them that way). Slice the olives and mix with the tomatoes in a baking dish. Mix in the parsley and basil and season everything with salt and pepper.
- Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Season the chicken and place on the tomato sauce. Slices of mozzarella on top and now everything into the tube. About 35 – 40 minutes are enough. If the mozzarella turns dark too quickly, simply cover it with some aluminum foil.
