- 4 Chicken legs
- 2 tbsp Sweet and sour chili sauce
- 2 El Soy sauce dark
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil (for the tray)
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 Carrots

- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 10 Black pitted olives
- 3 Toes Chopped garlic
- 3 Branches Rosemary fresh
- 6 Branches Fresh thyme
- 1 Pcs Chopped ginger (to taste)
- 3 kl Finely chopped chilli pepper
- 200 ml Chicken broth
- Salt and pepper the chicken legs and then brush with the briefly warmed up soy sauce / chilli sauce, marinate for approx. 1 hour.
- Peel or clean the vegetables and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
- Place the chicken legs on the greased baking sheet, spread the vegetables around them, add the chopped chilli peppers and the ginger.
- Pour the chicken stock and cook in the oven at 140 ° for approx. 1 hour. Just before the end of the cooking time (approx. 10 minutes) add the tomatoes.
