Chicken pan with peppers, noodles and teriyaki sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 mm-large chicken breast
  • 500 g onion(s), frozen
  • 500 g pepper(s), frozen
  • 250 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pack of Mie noodles, approx. 85 g
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in a wok with oil. Then remove and keep warm. Add the frozen onions and peppers to the wok. Pour over the teriyaki sauce. Heat gently. Once boiling, add the meat and noodles. Let stand for 5 minutes. Done.
