Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g poultry meat
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream, for cooking
- 1 bell pepper
- 150 g mushrooms, fresh
- e.g. potato(s)
- curry powder
- vegetable broth
- Garlic salt
- pepper

easy and quick to cook
Boil as many potatoes as you want as a side dish. Chop the meat and sear it in a large pan or wok. Season with vegetable stock, curry powder, and garlic salt. Add the sour cream and season with pepper. Chop the mushrooms and bell peppers and add them to the pan. Finally, deglaze with the cream and bring to a boil, adjusting the seasoning if necessary. Serve on a plate with the potatoes.
