Chicken pieces in batter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar milk
  • 1 1/4 jar flour
  • ½ kg chicken breasts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

(Glass = water glass) Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the spices and baking powder. Then stir in the milk and then slowly stir in the flour. Cut the chicken into small, thin pieces. Heat the fat. Dip the chicken pieces into the batter, let them drain slightly, and fry immediately.
