Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 small can of asparagus (sections)
  • 3 slice(s) pineapple, fresh or from the can
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 4 tbsp salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

ideal as a starter or main course

Cook the chicken breast in boiling salted water. Remove the fillet and let it cool slightly, then cut it into small pieces. Drain the mandarins and cut the pineapple into small pieces. Mix everything together, then add the Miracle Whip and season with salt again. Stir, and it’s done. Let it marinate overnight. Serve with baguette.
