Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g chicken breast
- 1 handful of bean sprouts
- 1 small zucchini
- 3 m.-large mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 small chili peppers
- 8 small potatoes
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce (Kecap Manis)
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt
- pepper

Indonesian-style chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips. Using a hand blender or a food processor, make a marinade from the garlic, chilies, (peeled) tomato, kecap manis, and ketchup, and marinate the chicken breast strips in it for about 1-2 hours. In the meantime, boil the potatoes in their skins and salt until al dente. Peel and halve them. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and slice them. Slice the mushrooms as well. Once the potatoes have cooled somewhat, fry them in a wok until golden brown and set aside on kitchen paper. Now cook the marinated meat in the wok with the marinade and add the mushrooms, zucchini, and bean sprouts. After about 1 minute, season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Finally, stir in the golden-brown potatoes and heat for 1-2 minutes.
