Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small baguette(s)
  • some margarine
  • some salt
  • some garlic powder
  • some Italian herbs (basil, oregano, marjoram, rosemary, thyme)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the baguette into 10 equal slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the tops with margarine and sprinkle with seasonings, if desired. Place in the oven for about 5 minutes. It’s a great side dish for salads or soups.
