Chicken Spicy with Thai Tom Yum

- 500 g Chicken breast
- 3 Red Peppers
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 Kl. Can Mandarin oranges
- 1 cups Cream cheese pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. Tom yum paste
- 1 Tbsp. Curry
- Oil
- Peel the onion and garlic, dice them finely and put them in a saucepan with oil, clean and dice the paprika, cut the spring onions into rings, dice the chicken breasts, add everything to the onions and sear them well.
- Deglaze with a small dash of water, stir in Tom Yum paste and cream cheese, add mandarin oranges, season with curry and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
- Arrange on plates and serve with rice.
