Chicken Spicy with Thai Tom Yum

The perfect chicken spicy with thai tom yum recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 3 Red Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Kl. Can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 cups Cream cheese pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. Tom yum paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry
  • Oil
  1. Peel the onion and garlic, dice them finely and put them in a saucepan with oil, clean and dice the paprika, cut the spring onions into rings, dice the chicken breasts, add everything to the onions and sear them well.
  2. Deglaze with a small dash of water, stir in Tom Yum paste and cream cheese, add mandarin oranges, season with curry and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Arrange on plates and serve with rice.
