Chicken Spicy with Thai Tom Yum

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 3 Red Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 small can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 cups Cream cheese pineapple
  • 2 tbsp Tom yum paste
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic, dice them finely and put them in a saucepan with oil, clean and dice the paprika, cut the spring onions into rings, dice the chicken breasts, add everything to the onions and sear them well.
  • Deglaze with a small dash of water, stir in Tom Yum paste and cream cheese, add mandarin oranges, season with curry and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
  • Arrange on plates and serve with rice.
