Spicy Chicken Strips with Spaghetti Towers

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Spaghetti
  • 250 g Small mushrooms fresh
  • 2 tbsp Chili oil
  • 250 g Fresh chicken breast
  • 0,25 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 3 small Fresh shallots
  • 4 Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Green Hot peppers
  • 1 Yellow Hot peppers
  • 20 g Fresh ginger
  • 2 Red Pointed peppers
  • 150 ml Water hot
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 0,5 tsp Lemon pepper
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mushrooms (do not wash) remove the stems .... quarter the heads .... wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into strips .... peel and finely dice the chalotts .... clean, wash, shake dry and Cut into fine slices ... Cut the peppers lengthways, remove the seeds, wash and finely chop .... Peel the ginger and chop finely .... Halve the pointed pepper lengthways, remove the seeds, wash and cut into small cubes ...
  • Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain and keep warm if necessary ...
  • Heat 1 tablespoons of chilli oil in a coated pan and fry the mushrooms for about 4 minutes ... remove and keep warm ..
  • In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp of chili oil again and sprinkle the chicken strips with paprika and fry for about 3-4 minutes ... also remove and keep warm ...
  • In the remaining frying fat, sauté chalottes, spring onions, chili peppers and ginger for 2-3 minutes until translucent .... add diced paprika and fry for another 2-3 minutes .... deglaze with water and season with lemon pepper and salt .... approx Let simmer for 6-7 minutes .... thicken a little with the ketchup .... finally add the chicken strips and mushrooms again and mix well .... bring to the boil briefly and then let stand for 2-3 minutes ...
