Chicken strips in tarragon and mustard sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tsp tarragon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. water
  • e.g. chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chop the meat into small pieces and dice the onions. Brown both in a pan. When the meat is lightly browned, dust with flour and let it brown for 5 minutes. Stir in the sour cream, salt, pepper, and mustard, and add water until the sauce is thin enough. Finely chop the chives and stir them into the sauce. Serve with pasta and a salad.
