quick and easy to prepare
Cut the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized strips. Season with pepper, salt, and paprika and let it macerate briefly. In the meantime, finely dice the bell peppers and onion and finely chop the dill. Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Sear the meat in olive oil until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside in a bowl. Fry the onions and bell peppers in the olive oil for about 10 minutes. Deglaze with the cream, stir in the mustard and honey, and simmer for about another 5 minutes. Finally, add the chicken breast and dill to the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Tip: To prevent the rice from sticking, stir in a knob of butter. Tastes great!
