Chicken Thigh
The perfect chicken thigh recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1500 g Chicken thigh
- Cream 30% fat
- Hickory smoked salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder
- Preheat the oven to a 160 degree surface grill. Mix the chicken thigh with a few dashes of cream, only add as much as the meat absorbs. Season to taste with smoked hickory salt, paprika powder and cayenne pepper. Mix everything together well.
- Slide a grid in the middle of the oven and a tray on the bottom rail as a drip guard. Place the chicken thighs on the rack and cook for 60-70 minutes until crispy. In between, briefly open the oven door and let the steam out a little.
