Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 3 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 1 small bunch of leek(s) or spring onions
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 cup of cream
- 300 g herb cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Instant vegetable broth
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the chicken breast and cut into small cubes. Wash and chop the vegetables. First, briefly fry the chicken in a pan with oil, then season with salt and pepper. Then add the vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the cup of cream and a few more tablespoons of water if desired. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, paprika, and vegetable stock, and add curry powder to taste. Finally, add the cream cheese and slowly bring to a boil. This sauce goes well with tagliatelle or rice. The sauce is also very suitable for children and very healthy. It contains approximately 300 kcal per serving.
