Chicken – Vegetables – Rice

The perfect chicken – vegetables – rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Chicken schnitzel
  • Salt and paprika
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Handful Tk – mixed vegetables
  • 30 g Wild rice
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley frizzy
  1. Wash the meat, dry it and cut into strips, season with salt and paprika. Mix with olive oil and refrigerate for half an hour. Fry without adding any further fat.
  2. Cook the vegetables in boiling salted water for five minutes. Drain and drain. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  3. Remove excess fat from the meat with kitchen paper. Mix rice with vegetables and meat. Add parsley and mix in.
  4. Arrange the whole thing on a plate. Garnish with parsley.
