Ingredients
 

  • 1 Chicken schnitzel
  • Salt and paprika
  • Olive oil
  • 1 handful frozen - mixed vegetables
  • 30 g Wild rice
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped parsley frizzy

Instructions
 

  • Wash the meat, dry it and cut into strips, season with salt and paprika. Mix with olive oil and refrigerate for half an hour. Fry without adding any further fat.
  • Cook the vegetables in boiling salted water for five minutes. Drain and drain. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  • Remove excess fat from the meat with kitchen paper. Mix rice with vegetables and meat. Add parsley and mix in.
  • Arrange the whole thing on a plate. Garnish with parsley.
