Chicken – Vegetables – Rice
The perfect chicken – vegetables – rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Chicken schnitzel
- Salt and paprika
- Olive oil
- 1 Handful Tk – mixed vegetables
- 30 g Wild rice
- Salt
- 2 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley frizzy
- Wash the meat, dry it and cut into strips, season with salt and paprika. Mix with olive oil and refrigerate for half an hour. Fry without adding any further fat.
- Cook the vegetables in boiling salted water for five minutes. Drain and drain. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Remove excess fat from the meat with kitchen paper. Mix rice with vegetables and meat. Add parsley and mix in.
- Arrange the whole thing on a plate. Garnish with parsley.
