Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g chicken fillet(s)
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp sherry
- 250 g spring onions
- 5 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Sugar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Marinate the shredded meat in a soy sauce and sherry mixture with salt and sugar for 30 minutes. Slice the spring onions diagonally. Drain the meat, reserving the marinade. Brown the meat in hot oil and add the marinade. Cook the spring onion rings briefly. Serve over cooked rice.
