- 8 eggs
- 4 carrots
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- Soy sauce, Japanese
- n. B. Vegetables of your choice
- possibly mushrooms
- some broth
- n. B. Rice

Chop the leek, carrots, remaining vegetables, and chicken breast fillet into small pieces. Beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl. Brown the meat and sauté the vegetables. Meanwhile, cook the rice. Deglaze the meat with a little broth and pour in the egg. Wait until the egg has set, then serve over hot rice. Serve with the soy sauce.
