Chickpea Curry Filled in Tortilla Warps

The perfect chickpea curry filled in tortilla warps recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Red onions
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric spice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 2 Cans Chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 Cans Chopped tomatoes
  • 4 Discs Tortillas
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the onion over a medium heat while stirring. Add all the spices, stir in the chickpeas and tomatoes. Cover and low heat for 20min. Let simmer, stir occasionally, add masala and continue for another 10min. simmer, season with salt and pepper. Heat the tortillas in a pan with a little oil for a few seconds on each side. Serve rolled up with the chickpea curry.
