Ingredients
 

  • 4 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 100 g Ricotta
  • Curry
  • Chives fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch Sesame
  • 4 Flag
  • 1 Date tomatoes
  • 1 Dried apricots

Instructions
 

  • Peel the eggs, cut in half and remove the yolks.
  • Mash the egg yolks with a fork, add the ricotta and season.
  • Wash the chives, cut into small pieces and fold in.
  • Pour the mixture into a cake syringe and inject into the hollowed-out eggs.
  • Decorate to your own taste. I used cumin, sesame, date tomato & apricot. But does Olive & Co.
