Ingredients
- 4 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 100 g Ricotta
- Curry
- Chives fresh
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Caraway seeds
- 1 pinch Sesame
- 4 Flag
- 1 Date tomatoes
- 1 Dried apricots
Instructions
- Peel the eggs, cut in half and remove the yolks.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork, add the ricotta and season.
- Wash the chives, cut into small pieces and fold in.
- Pour the mixture into a cake syringe and inject into the hollowed-out eggs.
- Decorate to your own taste. I used cumin, sesame, date tomato & apricot. But does Olive & Co.
