Filled Eggs with Note of Curry

The perfect filled eggs with note of curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 100 g Ricotta
  • Curry
  • Chives fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch Sesame
  • 4 Pc. Flag
  • 1 Pc. Date tomatoes
  • 1 Pc. Dried apricots
  1. Peel the eggs, cut in half and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the egg yolks with a fork, add the ricotta and season.
  3. Wash the chives, cut into small pieces and fold in.
  4. Pour the mixture into a cake syringe and inject into the hollowed-out eggs.
  5. Decorate to your own taste. I used cumin, sesame, date tomato & apricot. But does Olive & Co.
