Chickpeas Patties
The perfect chickpeas patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Diced onion
- 20 g Mild coconut fat
- 250 g Chickpea flour
- 1 tbsp Vegetable salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper from the grinder
- Ground garlic
- In the mortar
- 0,25 liter Water
- Coconut oil to fry
- Brown the diced onion in the coconut oil and let it cool.
- Put the chickpea flour in a bowl, add the vegetable salt, pepper, ground garlic and mix all the dry ingredients together and then add enough water until it is a smooth dough and can be stirred well.
- Let the whole thing rest for a while, about 15 minutes.
- Now use a spoon to pour the dough into the hot coconut oil and fry on both sides.
