Chickpeas act as a mild diuretic. It rids the body of excess moisture, and cleanses the kidneys and bladder, preventing the formation of stones. In addition, along with the excreted liquid, chickpeas remove other wastes, cholesterol, and bile.

Chickpeas will be extremely useful for the female body. A large amount of iron and many other elements will have a beneficial effect on periods such as menstruation, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. However, you need to be careful with the dosage in the latter cases.
