Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicory
  • 3 apples
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 cl Curaçao

Family recipe

Trim the chicory, halve it lengthwise, cut it into strips of about 1 cm, wash it, and place it in a bowl. Quarter the apples, core them, and thinly slice them. Peel and trim the oranges and cut them into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together and marinate with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curacao.
