Chicory with Herb Dip,
The perfect chicory with herb dip, recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Chicory
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 2 Tomatoes
- 250 g Quark
- 125 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 small Fresh onions
- 2 tbsp Herbal mixture TK
- Salt and pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Sugar white
- Remove the individual leaves from the chicoree, wash and pat dry.
- Wash the cucumber and cut into long wedges.
- For the dip, briefly scald the tomatoes and remove the skin. Remove the inner workings and cut the pulp into very, very small cubes.
- Peel the onions and cut them into very small cubes.
- Mix the quark with milk, add the oil and fold in the onions. Fold in the diced tomatoes and stir in the herbs. Season to taste with the spices.
