Skewers with Herb Dip

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 small Onion
  • 0,5 Red pepper
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne powder
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly cut chervil
  • 0,5 bunch Parsely
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 250 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Wash the peppers, cut in half, core and cut into small cubes.
