Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 package of mozzarella
- chili salt
- pepper
- Herbs of Provence
- Balsamic vinegar
- some oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
quick and tasty
First, rinse and dry the chicken breast thoroughly. Then trim off any large pieces of fat. Heat a little oil in a pan and sear the chicken breast for 2-4 minutes on each side. Season with chili salt and pepper, if desired. Meanwhile, rinse and slice the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella as well. Place the roasted chicken on a baking tray and arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on top. Place the tray in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Finally, arrange on plates and drizzle with some herbs and the balsamic vinegar.
