Chili con Carne made from minced chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 tbsp corn
  • 2 tbsp kidney beans
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • chili powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Suitable for WW – total 4.5P

Mince the chicken breast fillet. Peel and finely chop the onions, then sauté them in oil until translucent. Add the ground beef and fry both thoroughly. Now add the kidney beans, corn, and tomato puree. Bring to a boil briefly. Season well with chili powder and cayenne pepper, and about 2 teaspoons of vegetable stock. The whole thing costs 4.50 P, or 2.25 P per person. You can also enjoy it with a bread roll or rice.
