Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g beans, green
  • 2 small spring onions
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 100 g cucumber(s)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the beans in salted water for about 5 minutes, halve the tomatoes, dice the cucumber, and slice the spring onion into rings – all in a bowl. Make the dressing with oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, and vegetable stock, and season with salt and pepper. Pour everything over the salad – done!
