Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g ribbon pasta, narrow
- 3 chili peppers, red
- ⅛ liter milk
- ⅛ liter chicken broth (alternatively vegetable broth)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 4 tomatoes
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 200 g bacon
- salt and pepper
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Then sauté in a little oil, add the bacon, and fry everything together. Add the broth, milk, crème fraîche, and the finely chopped chili peppers and bring to a boil. Season to taste. Dice the tomatoes. Grease a baking dish, add the pasta, sauce, and tomatoes. Mix everything together and sprinkle with cheese. Then place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes.
