Chili peanut cheese sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g spring onion(s), the green part
  • 50 g peanuts, salted and roasted
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 5 chili peppers, dried
  • 250 ml Cremefine for cooking or cream
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 handful of chili threads

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely slice the green parts of the spring onions and sauté them with the peanuts in the chili oil. Grind the chilies and add them. Pour in the Cremefine and bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and let it melt. Finally, fold in the chili flakes.
