Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 Chinese cabbage, amount as required
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 200 g tartar / beefsteak mince
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 6 tbsp water

Boil the potatoes in their skins until soft. Trim, wash, and slice the Chinese cabbage and bell peppers. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tartar until crispy. Stir in the vegetables and roast. Add the water, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with ginger, cumin, salt, and pepper. Serve with the boiled potatoes. Tip: If you like, you can add 2-4 tablespoons of soy sauce to give the dish an Asian touch.
