Chinese Cabbage Rolls
The perfect chinese cabbage rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Small Chinese cabbage approx. 500 – 600 g
- 100 ml Organic apple cider vinegar
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- Zest of an organic lemon
- Clean the Chinese cabbage, wash it if necessary and layer the whole leaves in a flat shape. Heat apple cider vinegar + water (100 ml + 200 ml), salt (1 tbsp), sugar (6 tbsp) and zest of an organic lemon and drizzle over the leaves. Close with foil and cover / weigh down with a plate + weight. Let everything steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 days. Drain the leaves very well, roll them up and serve.
