Slice the onions into half rings. Finely chop or press the garlic. Set the wok’s heat to level 5 of 6. First, cook the mie noodles in plenty of water according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water and then toss with the sesame oil. Whisk the eggs and fry in a wok with 1 tablespoon of oil until crumbly, then set aside. Now, in the wok, cook the frozen vegetables with the remaining 3 tablespoons of oil according to the package instructions (here for 8 minutes). Once the vegetables are “soft,” add the onions, garlic, and a generous splash of soy sauce. After the specified time, season with salt and pepper, add the eggs and noodles, mix well with enough soy sauce, and fry for another 3 minutes.
