Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g wholegrain mie noodles
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, light
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the carrot and spring onions. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot into strips, slice the spring onions, and beat the egg. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions or pour hot water over them and let them simmer. Heat a little oil in a pan or wok. Add the beaten egg, stir, and fry. Add the finely chopped onion and continue frying. Then add the carrot strips and spring onions and fry. Drain the noodles, add them to the pan, and season with light soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Mix the contents of the pan well and fry for about 10-15 minutes.
