Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg chicken meat
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ jar beans (mung beans)
  • ½ jar bamboo shoots
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • some paprika powder
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 jar milk
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onion. Cut the meat into equal pieces and fry in a large pot with a little oil until lightly browned, but not cooked through. Add the onion and fry until lightly browned. Boil the pan juices with 100 ml of water. Rinse the sprouts and mung beans and add them to the pot. Add the curry and soy sauce, a glass of milk, and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the meat is cooked. Glass noodles make a perfect side dish.
