Chinese potato strips in a wok

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce, light
  • 1 chili pepper(s), dried
  • some oil (e.g. peanut oil)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple, tasty and healthy

Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin strips (about 1/8 of a French fry) using a machine (or a lot of skill). Then wash the strips thoroughly to remove any starch. Heat a little oil in a wok until extremely hot and add the strips. Add a little dark balsamic vinegar and season with salt. Sauté everything thoroughly and finish with light soy sauce and chili pepper, if desired.
