Chinese Rabbit

The perfect chinese rabbit recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Frozen rabbit
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 5 tablespoon Cardamom powder
  1. After thawing, wash the rabbits well and rub them with the salt. Place in the roaster and sprinkle with cardamom powder. Fill up with water until the rabbits are covered. Braise the whole thing for about 2 hours at 200 degrees. Then place the rabbits on the lid and grill them brown over full heat with the grill.
  2. I add boiled potatoes and asparagus in sauce. Have fun after sizzling!
