Dips & Co: Sheep’s Cheese Cream

- 250 g Sheep cheese
- 100 g Soft butter
- 5 tbsp Liquid cream
- 1 Pressed solo garlic
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 2 Oregano sprigs
- White milled pepper
- Crumble the sheep cheeses in a mixing bowl, add the butter and stir with the whisk of the hand mixer or food processor until creamy.
- Mix in the garlic, cream and tomato paste.
- Pluck the oregano leaves from the stems, chop and add to the sheep’s cheese mixture. Pepper, stir in everything well.
- The whole thing tastes good with grilled or fresh bread / rolls
