Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 pack of cooked ham
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 can of corn
- Broth, granulated
- Soy sauce
- Sambal Oelek
- 2 garlic cloves
- Oil (sesame oil)
- Five-spice powder

Low in calories and quick to prepare
Break the spaghetti into pieces and cook until al dente, then rinse and cool completely. Cut the ham into thin strips, finely chop the spring onions, and drain the corn. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Dissolve some granulated stock in water, press in the garlic, mix well, and season the marinade with soy sauce and sambal oelek. Pour over the ingredients in the bowl and let stand for at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, season with sesame oil, Chinese five-spice powder, and soy sauce. Don’t throw away leftovers; the salad tastes almost better the next day.
